This notice explains how TaxFlow Tech, an independent software services practice operated by Harsh Shah, uses information submitted through this website.

Information collected

The enquiry form may collect your name, work email, firm or company name, team type, selected workflow and the message you provide.

How the information is used

The information is used only to review your enquiry, contact you about the requested discussion and evaluate whether TaxFlow Tech can assist with the described project.

Storage and sharing

Form submissions are delivered to the TaxFlow Tech business email account. They are not added to an automated marketing list and are not sold. Information may be retained for reasonable business follow-up, recordkeeping and security purposes.

Sensitive information

Do not submit client tax records, PAN or Aadhaar numbers, passwords, portal credentials, financial statements or other confidential production data through the public enquiry form. Initial discussions can use anonymised or sample information.
